Cancellation Policy

At Strong Roots, all sessions must be paid in advance to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, our clinician will do their best to accommodate a reschedule. However, we cannot guarantee that an alternative appointment will be available. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, regardless of whether a new appointment is scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
